Individual
Work 1:1 with a highly trained and experienced Whole Skills Coach, actively engaging together to set your goals, explore your challenges, and learn Whole Skills to enhance your emotional well being.
Group - any business, organization, team
The group format is co-led by two highly trained & experienced Whole Skills Coaches, teaching Whole Skills, providing dynamic, personalized interaction, support, validation, feedback and accountability to advance the emotional well being of each individual and the group as a whole. Options for the group format include: classes or retreats.

Martha Golden, PsyD
Founder & CEO, Whole Skills Coaching, LLC & Whole Skills Coach
With well over 25 years of experience as an educator and psychologist, Dr. Golden created the Whole Skills program and founded Whole Skills Coaching, LLC. Dr. Golden’s vision is for more people to have the opportunity to strengthen their emotional well being than simply those seeking traditional psychotherapy. She designed a creative program, unlike anything else on the market, to reach a broader audience of individuals or groups who want to boost their emotional well being. Dr. Golden brings compassion, humor, and practical expertise to her teaching and coaching, guiding individuals and groups to flourish both personally and professionally.

Whole Skills Coach
Dr. Banawan has more than two decades teaching & coaching individuals, groups, and teams how to improve their emotional well being. Known for his laid-back, empathetic approach, he creates a safe space for learning and accountability, helping people apply these life-changing skills with ease and reflection.
